Great company to deal with. Service was prompt and professional. Involved the assembly of a large shed. Wasn’t an easy job but these guys tackled it and got it done and did a great job. Will certainly be calling on Just the Man Maintenance in Cairnes again when I have another job which needs doing. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 🙂
I was very impressed with Jesse’s services. From calling to make the appointment, dates, time etc were very professional. Jess is such a trusting gentleman. It’s not often you get the feeling of being able to walk away from your home and leave the house open to a stranger. I felt very comfortable doing so with Jesse and JTM.
Highly recommend ‘just the man’ for their quick response and quality of work. We needed repairs to broken and raised floor tiles, (after arranging with tilers who didn’t show up after a number of weeks and repeated phone calls), we rang ‘just the man’. They had helped us out a couple of years ago with a collapsed retaining wall and fence. The whole team provided excellent service on both occasions, providing us with pleasant and skilled tradespeople who took care to do a great job and clean up after as well. With much appreciation, and on this occasion, we would like to say thank you to Helen and Dwayne.
Excellent Outcome from Just The Man.
We needed an upgrade on kitchen cabinetry in an apartment at Trinity Beach.
Sought out JTM and worked with Adrian and Helen to get the task scheduled.
Steve the Attention to Detail (ATD) Skilled Trades Consultant arrived, was efficient and completed the task to the point that the kitchen look brand new.
We are back to JTM for further work in the next six months.
The best form of advertising is word of mouth and we were recommended to you by past clients. Grant came yesterday, was friendly, efficient and did a professional job. It took just one phone call to Dale and the job was done and dusted the next day. Thanks to the team!
My sincere thanks to the team at Just the Man Cairns for once again coming to my rescue with a short notice urgent repair job. As always their service was timely, professional, friendly and finished to a very high standard. Also as always they came in at a reasonable rate. Thanks for sending progress pictures through, the deck looks amazing! This is also a new experience for me as I haven’t committed to such a large job before during my time as a PM. Just the man were asked to do a number of repair jobs needed on a rental property. They were very prompt with their quote, set a date and kept to it and finished the jobs quickly, taking into account the current construction situation…almost impossible to get someone to do simple jobs. Highly recommend them, very professional and kept me in the loop.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great job, the floor repair is excellent, and having all the furniture put back on Tuesday it all looks perfect again.

A big thank you to Adam for his much appreciated help today. He came across me having a panic attack in the grounds of the Pacific Palms where he had been working. He introduced himself and talked to me whilst I calmed down and then helped me walk shakily back to my apartment. Helen and the team at Just The Man were awesome. Helen organised the jobs I needed done over the phone booking the a tradie for both visits when it was convenient to me. The Tradie’s were so efficient, gave me great advice and ensured they did not leave a mess. Will definately be calling Helen again in the future.

Hey love just to let you know the work done in the last two days was beyond perfect. Those boys worked like dogs. They were meticulous and when they left you wouldn’t know 50 tonnes of gravel was dumped on my lawn. They picked up every pebble. Clean precise and efficient. Love Julieann.
In the midst of being transferred from Weipa to Cairns we were able to completely replace the existing bathroom, repaint, replace wardrobes and completely glass in an outdoor deck! PHEW. We also needed the job done before we arrived to make the matter more interesting! It was always going to be a challenge to co-ordinate with the vast distance involved but with the help, guidance and no problem attitude of Just the Man and their amazingly friendly team of professionals we have accomplished absolutely stunning results with the minimum of fuss. Hi Helen, I have had some wonderful feedback from our client following the toilet seat installation done by Steven. They sent me the following in an email:
“Steve finished the toilet seat install. Whilst he was here he noticed the raised anchors from removal of the shower screen. We were aware of their existence and had been working around them. This chap saw this as a risk and offered to rectify whilst he was here. Obviously I jumped at the kind offer. This is what customer service is all about Joanna! All I can say is I wish I could clone the Team in Townsville, Mackay & Mt Isa – they are Bloody amazing.
I am an Account Manager that looks after all of Far North Qld Selling Washroom and Hygiene (Tork/Asaleo Care) I use Just The Man in the Cairns area to install all of the Dispensers for my Customers plus my customers also use Just The Man for any other Maintenance within their sites.
